Order Cancellation Policy

At Rich Computer, we understand that business requirements or hardware specifications may occasionally change after placing an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request a cancellation free of charge at any time before your order has been packed and handed over to the courier partner.
To cancel an unshipped order, please call or WhatsApp our support desk immediately at +91 81087 09946 or email info@richcomputer.in with your Order ID (e.g., RC-...).
For orders cancelled prior to dispatch, 100% of the paid amount is refunded back to your original Razorpay payment source (UPI / Card / NetBanking) within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to the courier company and an AWB tracking number is generated, direct cancellation is not possible while in transit.
If you still wish to cancel a shipped order, please inform our team and refuse delivery at the doorstep. Once the unopened package is returned safely to our Mumbai hub, we will initiate your refund after deducting actual two-way courier freight charges.

3. Bulk / Custom B2B Orders

Special-order enterprise hardware or customized bulk B2B procurements procured specifically against a corporate purchase order cannot be cancelled once billed.
