Rich Computer ensures safe, anti-static, multi-layer bubble-wrapped packaging and rapid dispatch for all IT hardware, printers, and accessories from our warehouse in Fort, Mumbai (400001).

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are typically packed and handed over to our courier partner on the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane (MMR): 1 to 2 business days.
Maharashtra & Gujarat: 2 to 3 business days.
Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days depending on PIN code serviceability.

3. Authorised Courier Partners & Live Tracking

We ship exclusively through reputed national couriers including Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, XpressBees, and India Post Speed Post. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Courier Name, AWB / Tracking Number, and Direct Tracking Link.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders meeting our free-delivery threshold qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. For smaller orders, nominal shipping charges are displayed clearly on the checkout summary before payment.
