1. Pricing, Taxes & GST Invoices

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Standard GST is calculated transparently at checkout, and an official GST Tax Invoice is emailed immediately upon order confirmation.
Corporate buyers requiring B2B GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) must enter a valid GSTIN and Company Name on the checkout page prior to completing payment.

2. Online Payments via Razorpay

All orders are processed through our secure Razorpay Payment Gateway supporting UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets. Orders are confirmed immediately upon payment authorization.

3. Product Warranty & Servicing

All products sold by Rich Computer are 100% genuine and carry their respective official manufacturer warranty. Warranty servicing is provided directly by authorized brand service centers across India upon presentation of our GST Tax Invoice.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
